Corporate Global Outsourcing recruits experienced consultants and works with the consultant to ensure:

(a) Consultant is the appropriate person for the position
(b) Consultant will enjoy his/her work at the client’s organization and will add value to the client
(c) Consultant gets paid “On-Time” and for the correct amount on a consistent basis
(d) Consultant receives all employee benefits expected
(e) Consultant is recognized as an integral member of the Corporate Global Outsourcing team and is treated with respect and dignity.
(f) Consultant has an open line of communication with management on an ongoing basis.

We recruit consultants for both interim and long-term assignments on a Contract Staffing or Permanent Placement basis. We are recruiting for domestic and international assignments for:

Contract Assignments
For temporary project requirements of 90+ days.

Contract to Permanent
A contract professional is placed onsite to perform specific duties for a period of twelve months or less with the intent to transfer the contractor to a direct employee at the end of the work assignment. This process allows you to fully evaluate the firm as a potential employer and for the client to evaluate your capabilities prior to committing to a hiring decision.

Permanent Employment
Corporate Global Outsourcing provides you with pre-screened candidates to fulfill your permanent SAP or other staffing needs.

Corporate Global Outsourcing, Ltd. establishes the following relationships with consultants:

W2 – Upon verification that you are eligible to work in the USA, we hire you as an employee at an agreed salary. As an employee, you are eligible to receive all benefits offered including:
Healthcare, Dental, Disability, Life, and 401K.
All required Federal, State and Local Taxes required will be withheld.

1099 – After validating that you are authorized to work as an Independent Contractor and execution of all required legal documents, you will be hired as an Independent Contractor. In this status, you are not eligible for any employee benefits and the withholding and payment of taxes are your sole responsibility.
